Google

Ottawa Ontario Canada K1N 8S7 Searching for information can be done in many ways.
Google is a top search engine biggest in many estimations in referenced pages.
Sometimes the answer is buried beneath/behind tons of other 'answer' pages.
There are many ways to narrow an online search.
Some have favorite domains they'd like to search on. Some of those have search engines of their own and some do not.
Google references and stores pages that some sites no longer support.
At the top of this page you see a search box possibly already filled with a search term and selected (dark blue). If you click the "Search" button or hit keyboard's "ENTER", you'll be sent to a Google search for the item.
Alternatively, you can type in your own search term and keyboard "Enter".

The ability to narrow a search to specifically what is/was on a domain can be a big time saver.
Some aver Wikipedia.org and Dictionary.com as top places to search for common meanings.
To specifically narrow Google searchs to what appears 'only' on those domains, one can use the radio buttons just below the Search box above.
It doesn't always work, but I've found using Google search engines, narrowed to a domain via such as the radio buttons above, to be big time savers.
