You should have learned how to edit an auction within handTEMPLATE.htm from instructions there.

There are a number of ways of editing deal information. 1)If you have Internet Explorer, please visit entry.htm and its data file entry.js which can be edited (then saved, then 'entry.htm' relaunched and the latter's textbox contents copied and pasted into powerful new reference files) to create cross browser compatible hand records in html for posting/emailing.

2)If you don't have Internet Explorer, consider a full handTEMPLATE.htm address bar contents example: file:///C:/handStories/handTEMPLATE.htm#1z1cp1s2sfp2npp3sppp3030203230322130012131323121231031210312002101201023
which may be divided initially into two parts: file:///C:/handStories/handTEMPLATE.htm
and
#1z1cp1s2sfp2npp3sppp3030203230322130012131323121231031210312002101201023

the "#" separates file name from data input (identifying the latter as an input)

the number between the "#" and the "z" is deal number (a "1" here: For Board 1, North Dealer None Vulnerable)

the "z" precedes auction string (if any) and deal representation number

first following the "z" is the auction string "1cp1s2sfp2npp3sppp" c=clubs, d=diamonds,h=hearts,s=spades,x=double,r=redouble, p=pass,f=footnote

next (and last) is the deal representation number "3030203230322130012131323121231031210312002101201023"

deal representation number
The 52 digits of that number, ranging in value from 0 to 3 (there are 13 of each), describe the deal exactly.
Each digit and order in the string defines a card's location: North, West, East or South. Since we read top to bottom, left to right, it seems logical to allocate 0, 1, 2 and 3 to so represent: North = 0, West = 1, East = 2 and South = 3. In bridge, the highest ranking suit is spades. A suit's highest ranking card is the ace. The first digit of the 52 digit string we see is a "3" to suggest that the location of the A is in hand 3 = South, from above. The location of each of the cards in the rest of the spade suit, in descending order, is then represented. The 2nd digit is a "0" and suggests that the location of the K is with North. After all 13 spades are dealt with, the next highest ranking suit, hearts, continues, similarly in descending order of rank. The 27th of the 52 digits is a "2" suggesting the A is not with North (0), not West (1), but East (2), and not South (3).
