Youtube has been one of the most controversial 'websites' of the 21st century.

There have been dozens of Intellectual Property Right issues created and resolved.
The labels "Director" and "Producer" has, via Youtube, risen and fallen with the facilitation of posting of mini-videos via even simple $80U.S. cell phones.

Students can attend lectures.

People can screen movie trailers.
Musicians can compare styles.
Budding inventors can post introductions to their products (to be).

Assembly videos for complex stereo cabinets should NOT be in paper...they should be posted on Youtube or at least cross-referenced."

Old movies should be cut up into clips so that old famous moments can be recaptured (and studios paid for the rights foregone otherwise, if any).

New workplace entrant portfolios should be due Youtube posting.

Maybe Youtube simply SHOULD NOT BE because of excessive Youtube government administrations headaches/costs.
